Founded in 1964, the Chicago International Film Festival has a rich history of premiering films from around the world. Cinema/Chicago's International Connections Program now presents the fifth year of its Summer Screenings Program. We are once again collaborating with our international and cultural partners throughout the city to host FREE public film screenings!
These weekly Wednesday evening events, running June 4 through September 10, showcase fifteen films from various countries and areas.
Screenings are free and open to the public; seating is limited to theater capacity and is on a first-come first-served basis.
Special guest speakers will lead an audience discussion after each screening.
